LCE will produce pure elemental sulfur that will be transported to market. Sulfur is also used in a variety of industrial processes, especially fertilizer manufacturing and rubber vulcanization.

LCE will produce slag that will be transported off-site via rail cars and trucks. Gasification slag is a non-leachable, non-hazardous material that is commonly used as an aggregate in concrete manufacture or as a construction material.

LCE will produce and sell argon gas, which is rare and inert. This non-toxic, tasteless, colorless, odorless gas is present in very small quantities in the atmosphere. It is used in a variety of applications, including fire extinguishing, electronics manufacture, wine making, and protecting old documents. A recent argon market assessment reported there is a deficit of argon in the U.S. which LCE intends to address.
